An awesome TED talk by Jane McGonigal on how we can harness the power of millions of online gamers to help the world have an Epic Win against some of our most intractable problems.  This talk pre-dated by over a year the Rock Candy Revolution in Egypt which added a real-world existence proof of her thesis that we can link people together online to change the world.

Since 2010 when Jayne gave this TED talk, the army of hundreds of millions of gamers that she described has grown into the billions. So, the opportunity for each of us is to harness this power to help us crystallize consensus, coordinate collaborations, and change the world.
